By creating an account or using Drop In, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Drop In

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use Drop In.

Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:

• Bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Show or share nudity, sexual content, or anything involving minors in a sexual way.
• Share hate speech or content that attacks people based on who they are.
• Show graphic violence, promote self-harm, or encourage illegal activity.
• Spam people, impersonate others, or try to break or misuse the app.
• Record other people without their permission.

If someone breaks these rules, use Report and Block (tap ••• on their video or next to their name). We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and ban accounts that break these rules.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Our rights

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop parts of the service. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
