Drop In ("we", "us") is a video hangout app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Video and audio go directly between the people in a room, encrypted. When a direct connection isn't possible, they pass through an encrypted relay server. We do not record, store, or listen to your calls. Game moves and drawings in rooms are only kept while the game is running.
We don't sell your information, show ads, or use it for tracking across other apps or websites.
Your friends can see your name, username, and when you're online and in which room. People in the same room can see and hear you. People you block can't see you online, add you, or join your rooms.
We use hosting, database, video relay and notification services (such as Render, Neon, Metered and Apple Push Notification service) to run Drop In. They process data only to provide those services.
We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time in the app: open In the house, tap ••• next to your name, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, friends, blocks, and notification tokens. Reports you've made may be kept to help keep the community safe.
Drop In is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, let you know in the app.
